The purpose of the Grafik15 exhibition is to show current trends in graphic design and make the many, varied new forms of expression of this ever-changing traditional discipline available to a wide audience. These different forms of expression include, for example: classic & crossover media with graphic design, icon design, typography, corporate identity, vector graphics, illustration, urban street art, graffiti and, of course, digital & new media with application design, web design, motion graphic design, interaction design, game design, 3D animation and 3D mapping.
The goal is for Grafik15 to eventually become the main Swiss exhibition for visual forms of expression. It should be not only an exhibition, but also a platform where designers can gain recognition for their work and win commissions. At the same time, the exhibition is to be a source of inspiration and a network for interchange between graphic designers, clients, consumers, agents and the general public.
