SCOPE Art Show – our favorite ART BASEL side event – presented its seventh Basel edition in a new location: Klybeckquai, on the Rhine. An area that has been receiving a great deal of attention and political support from the City of Basel, Klybeckquai is quickly becoming a site for focused cultural development.
